How to delete your account

1. Log in to the Bridgeitin app (web, iOS, or Android) with your account.
2. Tap your profile icon (bottom of the left sidebar, or top-right on mobile).
3. Select Settings.
4. Under Account, select Delete my account and confirm by typing the requested confirmation text.

Your account is deleted immediately once confirmed — this action cannot be undone, and there is no recovery period.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your login credentials, your profile information, and the activity data associated with your account, including any third-party account connections you authorized.

No data is retained after deletion beyond what is legally required (for example, certain financial records Bridgeitin must retain for tax/accounting purposes are kept only as required by law, and are not linked back to your deleted profile for any other use).

Can't log in?

If you are unable to log in to request deletion yourself, email privacy@bridgeitin.com from the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion on your behalf within 30 days.
